With Love.....Catering and Confections

People often ask how I came up with the name WITH LOVE for my catering company. Well, here's the answer!  For so long, people would comment on my baking and cooking; asking what special or 'secret' ingredient would be in this dish or that cookie, etc.  It was a very hard question for me to answer at first because honestly, I don't really have any 'secret' ingredient recipes.  I always start with the best and freshest ingredients.  I don't skimp on real butter, fresh eggs, pure cane sugar and the like. But as for 'secret' ingredients, well the only thing  could come up wth is the 'love' factor.  As corny as it may sound, I believe it's true.  When I cook and bake, I really love it!  I take my time, ensure it's done properly, and always hold myself to the highest standards.  I want your order or event to be special.  I want you to come back and tell me how wonderful all the food was!  In short, I truly believe my food is special; and I think it's because it's always, everytime, made With Love......
